Capped Scores

This just in:
Clearly I'm not privileged to the decisions behind this chart - but between 2013 and 2014, the size of the bars would imply almost a doubling of the 2013 data in 2014 - quite obviously this is not the case. At best, the 2013 and 2014 scores differ by 3%
A better representation would be:
The same data - but quite clearly a different "picture" in parent's eyes.
At best the school can claim to "maintain" it's high standards, but it would be quite pedantic (and possibly disingenuous) to claim that the data shows a year on year improvement.
